A committee member will welcome you and advise hirers about times, contact phone numbers and hall procedure . Please follow the visual aids for the correct replacement of chairs. A committee member will lock up after you but do not leave the hall unattended at any time.

Could all users wanting to connect their computers to the hall projector system remember to supply their own HMDI connecting lead.

We are delighted to inform you that all ARCA facilities, including the kitchen, are now available when hiring the hall and/or the committee room. We look forward to welcoming previous hirers as well as new users throughout the rest of this year and into 2022.

Because the number of Covid  cases is still increasing, the decision has been taken to accept no new bookings until September 1st 2021. The information below regarding Covid precautions is still relevant for current users. We also advise that masks be worn.

ARCA has taken all possible precautions regarding Covid-19 prevention, making best efforts to ensue our premises are Covid secure. At our recent socially distanced committee meeting the potential re-opening of ARCA was discussed. In the near future we shall be able to accommodate small groups with 20 people being the maximum number.

In order for ARCA to be Covid-19 secure on re-opening we will have in place the following practices and processes:

-Only the main hall to be used for meetings: committee room and kitchen unavailable

-A one way system throughout the premises

-Appropriate, clear signage

-Readily accessible sanitising stations

When booking ARCA, hirers will receive a specific Covid-19 risk assessment explaining possible areas  of risk and appropriate actions to be taken.

Please note that there will be no ARCA AGM this year.
