The KCC mobile library visits ARCA every 1st and 3rd Friday at 1.00pm – 1.30pm. (With the exception of December) This is an opportunity for local people to exchange their library books without the need to visit the city centre. Just inside the entrance area there is also a bookcase where books can be purchased for a small donation.
