The KCC mobile library visits ARCA every other week on a Friday at 1.00pm – 1.30pm. This is an opportunity for local people to exchange their library books without the need to visit the city centre. Full information about the library service can be obtained from www.kent.gov.uk/libs
Just inside the entrance area there is also a bookcase where books can be purchased for a small donation.
