1. Where do I collect a hall key from?
The hall will be unlocked and locked for you by a committee member.

2. Do you have a licensed bar?
No. You may bring your own glasses and drink for consumption but not for resale. If you wish to use an outside bar you must ask permission to do so. We need to see a company’s liquor licence and insurance before enabling a booking.

3. Can we set up the day before and clear up the day after our event?
To do this you will have to hire the hall for the previous and subsequent day. In the above case a three day payment would be required.

4. Can I have a bouncy castle in the hall for a children’s party?
We do not permit inflatables in the hall. You may use the grassed outside area but as the hirer you are responsible for the inflatable and any problems incurred. We would also need to see the supplier’s insurance.

5. Can I hire for an 18th birthday party?
We do not hire for any teenage parties.

6. Can I hire for a wedding reception?
We do not hire for wedding receptions.

7. Can I store equipment in the hall?
We do not have any storage facilities.

8. Do you have glasses and/or crockery we can use?
We do not have glasses or jugs for hire. Crockery is available to hire for a small charge.

9. Do you have a projector and screen?
Yes we do. Please say if you wish to use this facility at the time of booking; a committee member will assist.

10. What are the car parking facilities?
We have a spacious car park with an overspill grassed area for additional parking.
